Everybody has their story. We all had a different childhood and we were all raised with different values and beliefs. With that being said we must remember that when we feel like life is becoming too much too handle, we are not alone. That is why I personally feel it is important to be kind to everyone because you never know what someone else is going through.

Life has been pretty tough lately. I won't get into details because I don't like to blog about my personal life issues, BUT, I will say that lately things have been getting more difficult.

Life can only go up from here, right?

With that being said I would like to welcome anyone having a hard time right now to personally email me and I would love to talk to you about it. I am not doctor by any means, just a listening ear. And sometimes, that is all we need to get through tough times: a listening ear. I have listed out a couple things that can help you or someone you know going through a tough time right now.

1) Talk to someone. Easier said than done... I know. But when we get so wrapped up in our own minds with the problems we are facing, we tend to get more stressed. Talking to someone gets the thoughts out of your head and out in the open for discussion.

2) Write about it. This is a second alternative to #1. Getting your thoughts down on paper is a proven way to ease the stress.

3) Meditate and Yoga. I say these two things together because it is important to quite your mind during times of stress. When faced with difficult decisions, one must have a clear mind to make the best choice.

4) Take a VACA. This one seems a little unrealistic in times of stress because you can't leave when you have things to get through. But even if you go on a drive by yourself for a couple hours, that can be beneficial.

5) Find some alone time. This goes with #4 a little bit as well. I have found that alone time is crucial in stressful times.

6) Breathe. Just breathe.
