One of my favorite events of the year is coming up this weekend, The Sedalia Lions Club Blues Cruise and BBQ Festival.  I enjoy the food, the beverages, the fellowship, but my favorite is definitely the music! Which band do you want to see the most?

One of the bands performing at the Lions Club Blues Cruise and BBQ Festival on June 1 is a great young band out of Columbia: Mojo Roots.  These guys may be young, but they certainly understand and pay tribute to history of the blues, and I respect that a lot.  They have a new CD out and it is terrific!

Chris Koetting was on my show this morning to announce the music lineup for the 2013 Blues Cruise and BBQ Festival.  This year's event will be held on June 1.
