SFCC Student Government to do ALS Challenge Friday Aug. 29 @ 2 p.m.
Everyone seems to be doing the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge this month, and since it's for charity...Please continue to donate an dump ice on each other!
Dr. Joanna Anderson, President at State Fair Community College in Sedalia, has challenged the Student Government Association to have the largest group of students, faculty, and staff to participate in the ALS ice water challenge.
SGA will host this challenge at 2 p.m. Friday, Aug. 29, outside Stauffacher Center near Lamm’s Landing. They ask participants to donate a minimum of $1 to ALS and bring their own bucket.
SFCC will then challenge all other Missouri community colleges to do the same on their campuses.
