Kingsville Man Arrested for Sedalia Burglary

A 42-year-old Kingsville man has been arrested in connection with a reported burglary in Sedalia.

According to Sedalia Police, Ag-Power on South Limit Avenue reported that someone broke into their business just after 2 a.m. on February 12 and stole approximately $2,000 worth of items and caused about $800 in damage. Police say the stolen items were recovered.

Pettis County deputies arrested a suspect, identified as Robert D. Burns of Kingsville, just before 4 p.m. on February 15. Deputies released Burns into the custody of a detective with the Sedalia Police Department. He was then taken to the Pettis County Jail.
