Houstonia Couple Injured When Harley Runs Off the Road
A Houstonia couple were injured when their Harley overturned Sunday afternoon in Gasconade County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports that a westbound 2013 Harley Davidson, driven by 41-year-old Donnie L. Hood of Houstonia, was on Missouri 100 at Route J (southwest of Hermann) around 2:30 p.m., when the motorcycle traveled through a curve and ran off the left side of the roadway. The Harley went down an embankment and both occupants were ejected.

Hood and his passenger, 40-year-old Angela Wells, also of Houstonia, suffered moderate injuries and were transported by ambulance to University of Missouri Hospital in Columbia.
The Harley was totaled.
