Get Away From The Winter Cold With The Hawaii In Winter Carnival

Let's face it, we all wish it was a little warmer outside. I get that it's winter. But I don't have to like it. There are so many things to hate about this season.

1.  That it's darker out.

2.  Having cold hands.

3.  Shorter days and longer nights.

4.  The cost of energy bills.

5.  Bad weather.

6.  Black ice and slipping.

7.  Getting out of bed in the morning.

8.  Having to bundle up to go anywhere.

9.  Snow and slush on the ground.

10.  Muddy snow.

But I can't afford to jet away to Hawaii on a moment's notice. So what can I do?

Applewood Christian School will host a "Hawaii in Winter Carnival" on Saturday, January 27. The 'Hawaii in Winter Carnival' will take place from 5:00 - 8:00 p.m. Dress up in your favorite Hawaiian accessories for a warm experience in the middle of winter! Applewood Christian School ROC is located at 25396 Highway O, Sedalia.
