‘Take Your Child to the Library Day’ is This Saturday

It's "Take Your Child to the Library Day" this Saturday at Sedalia Public Library, 311 W. 3rd Street.

On Saturday, Feb. 17 from 9 a.m., to 1 p.m., bring your little ones to the library to read with the library's therapy dogs, Raymond and Rosie, from 10 a.m., to noon.

While you're there, don't miss out on the exciting events happening in the Children's Department, including Mitten Lacing, Design Your Own Bookmark, giveaways, and snacks.

And for the chess lovers, they've got the Chess Club meeting in the Queen City Room from 10 a.m., to noon as well. Don't miss this opportunity to bond with your child and make unforgettable memories.
