We all want to honor our Veterans. It's something ingrained in people from Sedalia. So sure, there are going to be some great activities, like the Veteran's Parade that will happen at 3:00 p.m. on Friday.  But did you know that a lot of places want to give free food to our Veterans this weekend, too? Here's a list of some of the free meals provided by local restaurants this weekend - and some local events that will provide free food, too.

While the service hymn is played, they ask that all veterans who served in that respective branch stand and be recognized. All veterans and their spouse/guest are invited to attend. In order to properly plan for the breakfast and seating, they do ask that the attendees RSVP to the Army JROTC office at (660) 851-5317.
