Sedalia Noonday Optimist Club is always doing something in our area to help kids. They do the Haunted Hayride, Casino Night, golf tournaments, and breakfasts like these. Sedalia Noonday Optimist Club held their 10th Annual Breakfast at the Little Big Horn Cattle Company on Saturday, Feb. 22.  The food itself was amazing! We were waited on by members of the Optimist Club, who were all just as friendly and pleasant as you'd expect. The menu included pancakes with sausage or bacon or biscuits and gravy with hashbrowns.  Boyfriendo and I got to go on Saturday, and we had some great breakfast with amazing company for a worthy cause.  I had the pancakes, he had the biscuits and gravy.  Here are the photos!

The whole reason the Optimist Club does fundraisers like this is to provide hope and help make a better future for the young people in our community. They're business owners, educators, community leaders, retirees, professionals, and citizens with the common goal of being a "friend of youth."

The Optimist Club is a great way to be involved with youth in our community and to make our community a better place to live. It's also a great way to meet other civic minded adults sharing the same ideas to work with the youth of today to make a difference tomorrow. If you want to join or find out more about the club, they meet every Tuesday at noon in the Best Western Gamblers room. For more information email ashlee@preuitt-ins.com or call 660-221-0145.

Breakfastly yours,

Behka
