Make Plans to See the Lighting Ceremony at Hotel Bothwell

It's a yearly tradition that's getting better and better every year.  It's the annual Downtown Sedalia/Hotel Bothwell Thanksgiving Night Christmas Lighting Ceremony & Fireworks Extravaganza!!

You've got to get all the family and friends together for this exciting and memorable holiday event!   Here are the details:

Date:                                     11/23/17, Thanksgiving night

Time:                                     6:00 pm to 7:30 pm

There will be some holiday music playing at 6:00 to welcome you downtown.  The Program starts at 6:25 with the live musical performances by Dylan Mayes, vocalist and guitarist, and the Church of Jesus Christ of Latterday Saints Choir. Welcoming remarks will come from Mayor Steven Galliher, Jordon Furnell Robertson & Erica Eisenmenger will get everyone in the mood.

Then, the Countdown to Lighting begins at 7:00, with the  fireworks display immediately following from the top of the Hotel Bothwell synchronized with Christmas and holiday music.

You can set your spot up pretty much anywhere in Historic Downtown Sedalia, but the stage  is set up at Fifth & Ohio Avenue.
