After more than five months of silence, the sweet sound of race engines again will fill the air at Lucas Oil Speedway in Wheatland on Saturday, March 30, with the annual Preseason Open Test and Tune, from 2-6 p.m.

According to a press release from Lucas Oil Speedway, drivers for each of the Big Adventure RV Weekly Racing Series classes - Pitts Homes USRA Modifieds, Ozark Golf Cars USRA B-Mods, O'Reilly Auto Parts Street Stocks and Warsaw Auto Marine & RV ULMA Late Models - plus any others from the region are invited to participate.

Grandstand admission is free and pit passes are $25 ($10 for ages 5 and under). Pit gates will open at 11 a.m. and there will be limited concessions behind the pit-side grandstand.

Track officials are monitoring the forecast for this Saturday and adjust, if needed, in an effort to get the session in. Monitor the Lucas Oil Speedway Facebook page and other social media platforms throughout the week for possible updates.
