“The Lub Dub Run is an exceptional event for both competitive runners and beginners,” said Rick Schlesselman, Lub Dub race director and Bothwell Foundation board member. “This event is a community event and we encourage everyone to come out and walk, run, volunteer or just cheer on the participants.”

The Lub Dub Run includes 10K and 5K runs, a 5K walk and a kids run. All events begin and end at Bothwell Regional Health Center’s south parking lot on East 15th Street.
