Brush Cutting Operations Scheduled for Pettis County Route AA

MoDOT crews will be performing brush-cutting operations along Pettis County Route AA from approximately 7 a.m., until 4 p.m. Monday, Jan. 28 through Friday, Feb 2.

The work will result in lane closures between Pettis County Route B and Missouri Route 127. All work is weather permitting.

Also, MoDOT crews will be performing brush-cutting operations along Johnson County Route Y from approximately 7 to 4 p.m. Monday, Jan. 28 through Friday, Feb 2. The work will result in lane closures between SE 921st Rd and SE 701st Rd. All work is weather permitting.

In addition, MoDOT crews will be performing a series of culvert replacement work along Missouri Highway 2 from Monday, Jan. 29 through Wednesday, Jan. 31. All work is weather permitting.

*Jan. 29: MO 2 will be CLOSED from SW 151st Rd to SW 271st Rd from approximately 7 a.m., to 4 p.m.

*Jan. 30-31: MO 2 will be CLOSED from SW 351st Rd to SW 501st Rd from approximately 7 a.m., to 4 p.m.

Motorists are reminded to slow down and pay attention while driving in work zones. Not all work zones look alike. Work zones can be moving operations, such as striping, patching or mowing. They can also be short-term, temporary lane closures to make quick repairs or remove debris from the roadway.
