What’s the Best Cure for a Hangover?
Let me preface the title of this particlar blog. I don't drink alcohol. (Anymore) I haven't drank a beer, a shot, a glass of wine or a mixed drink in over 10 years, so I don't have to worry about hangovers. (Anymore)
If you partake of the spirits, some mornings can drag on forever if you are suffering with a hangover. The headaches, the spinning of the room, the queasiness of the stomach, the cottonmouth and the loud noises. (The noises really aren't all that loud but they definitely seem to make your head pound with every uttered syallable.)
What is it you take either before you go to bed and/or when you get up in the morning to cure the ailment?
Now of course most people will tell you the best way to cure a hangover is to not drink. That's easy advice, and very impractical to say if you've never tied one on!
Some swear it's a secret concoction they swear by. For others it's a glass of water and a couple of aspirin before they go to bed.
Whatever your remedy may be, share it if you've got one that seems to work. Bottoms up!
