The Tyson Truck Load Sale will take place this Friday at the Thompson Hills Shopping Center to benefit the Sedalia/Pettis County United Way.

Staci Harrison, with the SPCUW, says this is a great way to stock-up for the winter, while helping to break the cycles of poverty in Pettis County.

Harrison said Tyson's will donate 50% of the proceeds to the local United Way and the money will be reinvested in SPCUW-funded partners.

The truck load sale will take place in the Thompson Hills parking lot, northeast of JC Penney, and will feature several varieties of meats and flavors, some of which include fully cooked buffalo strips, breaded tenders, grilled breast fillets, honey BBQ wings, and beef angus bacon hamburger patties.

The Tyson Truck Load Sale will be held from 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m this Friday (Oct 27).

The SPCUW says the sale is cash only.
