The Thanksgiving Holiday has come and gone, but one thing might still remain; the turkey. Maybe you bought a bigger turkey than in previous years or maybe you had more people eat the sides this year or maybe you just made your turkey sandwiches and have a little bit of turkey left. What do you do with your leftovers?

I thought of a good combination that I'm quite surprised Taco Bell hasn't caught onto yet..... turkey tacos or turkey burritos. I know I'm not the first to think of this, but I love a good taco and when you get the choice of beef, chicken or steak, why not during the holiday season, choose turkey.

If you want to go big with your leftovers, you could even choose taco burritos. I thought about this, while eating breakfast burritos this morning.

Fitday even recently reported that if you compared turkey to chicken, you may save a few calories and be on the healthier side overall.

My family loves to watch the Food Network, and was a little surprised to come across this recipe from Jamie Deen. It is not the only recipe out there, but it does get me hungry for turkey tacos.
