A traffic reporter in Baltimore who calls himself "Traffic Jam Jimmy" was caught on live TV ordering a fish sandwich at a McDonald's drive-thru Thursday morning. He spent 30 seconds ordering, talked about the road conditions for about seven seconds, then started talking to the person at the window, and they cut away.
