I don't know about you, but sometimes when I'm driving around in the Sedalia area, I  marvel at how we can go from one extreme to another. There are some houses that are impeccably upkept, some with a few issues but you can tell they're trying, some that haven't changed in years, and some where... you can kind of tell they don't care. Or they're really busy with small kids.  I don't know how my place falls into those categories - but I know where these houses sit. They're the most expensive houses in Sedalia, according to Zillow.com!

1.  1479 Cobblestone drive

It's got 4 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, and it's 4,543 square feet. Heck, it's only $1900 a month mortgage! On sale for $529,000.  You could probably buy 13 family SUVs for that price.

2.  33687 Lee Road.

This one is six bedrooms, six bathrooms, and will run you about $549,000.  It's got a barn and a bunch of stuff. You could probably buy about nine houses like mine for that, but it looks pretty worth it.

3. 2856 Whitney Drive.

This one is four bedrooms and six bathrooms, with a closet to DIE FOR. I mean, seriously. If I was walking around in a joint like this, I would seriously wonder if I was about to get in trouble. Like, "I don't belong here. Somebody's about to call the cops.." I guess that's why it costs $598, 500.

4. 20990 Main Street Road.

This house looks like it was in a movie. I seriously think this place looks like the kind of house where Diane Keaton would live in a romantic comedy, where she leaves the big city and comes out to the country to learn some important life lessons. I bet she'd date a crusty rancher with a heart of gold. Sam Elliott! Wait, how has that movie not been made yet? Anyway, there is no way in a lifetime I could afford to live here, but you can if you've got 1.2 million dollars.

Which one of these was your favorite?

Estately yours,
Behka
