It has been a great pleasure to bring news updates over the course of 16 years. There are so many stories that have been covered that were either fun to do or serious to our area. 16-years has flown by in a blink of an eye, but these stories have stood out and rank in the Top 10 of the Townsquare Media years. We have documented data, but some of these were my favorites too.

The Blast From Sedalia Radio Past continues on this week. 16-years-ago, in 1999, I was hired by Paul Aberli to do weekends on what was then Today's Best Hits FM 92, Today's Best Country KIX 105 and Sedalia's Voice, Sedalia's Choice KSIS.

Sometimes the craziest things happen at work, and sometimes they can involve an injury along the way. Today, I had one of those incidents take place.

My wife was recently craving going to a yogurt shop and making her own bowl. We have tons of ice cream and custard places in the area, but she was really looking for just yogurt. This weekend after the Wiener Dog Races, we decided to head towards Kansas City. After a long day of shopping and walking we decided to find a yogurt place.
