Stolen Vehicle Recovered in Sedalia

Sedalia Police recovered a vehicle reported stolen from Raytown, Missouri on Sunday morning.

According to the Sedalia Police Department, an officer on patrol in the 900 block of E. Boonville Road found a gold Dodge Stratus, passed the vehicle's information through dispatch, and discovered that both the plates on the car and the vehicle were stolen. The plates were reported stolen from Kansas City and the car was reported stolen from Raytown.

Police say the car was recovered by the owner. The plates were placed in evidence at the Sedalia Police Department.
