One of the best-loved and well-known local charities here in our area are the Sedalia Shriners Club.  You see them pretty much everywhere kids are, everything from parades to dances to anything else in between.  The Shriners are also known for getting some good food on your plate! This weekend is the big Les Webb Memorial Breakfast.  It's the 27th year they've been doing this, and it's the biggest fundraiser the Shriners have all year.  The funds are going to the kids who need help with medical needs. The Shriners are there to help all the kids who need transport to hospitals or who need certain medical procedures.  If these kids wouldn't have the Shriners, some of them wouldn't be able to get the help they need.  Here's Ileen  and Ron to tell us all about the details.

So don't forget to attend: it'll be at the Shriner's building, 1615 Elm Hills Blvd,. They’ll meet from 7:00 a.m. until 10:00 a.m. for a $10 donation. They’ll serve steak and eggs, biscuits and gravy, Bloody Marys, coffee, milk and orange juice. It’ll take place at the Sedalia Shrine Club, supporting Shriners Hospitals for Children. Take out and delivery orders are available, call Pat at 620-2939 for more information. Like them on Facebook, too.

Breakfastly yours,
Behka
