Sedalia Police released the following reports on April 14:

A child abuse case was investigated by Sedalia Police around 11 a.m. on March 29, it was noted today, in the 1800 block of S. Barrett. Children's Division faxed a report to the SPD of allegations of child abuse. The juvenile victim stated he had injuries, but none were observed, police said. The crime occurred in Sedalia. Investigation to follow.

On April 13, Sedalia Police took a report of theft-stealing involving the victim, Brianna M. Rogers, an adult who came to the PD stating she had items stolen from her vehicle while parked on Albright Couty between 8 and 8:30 p.m. on April 11. No estimated value was given for the stolen items.

On April 13 around 6:40 p.m., Police received a report of theft-stealing that occurred at 2010 Tiger Pride Blvd. The adult, Laura Todd, stated that her son's phone was stolen while he was in clas Wednesday. The student was able to name a suspect. The investigation contines.

Around 8:30 p.m. on April 13, Sedalia Police received a report of harrassment in the 1200 block of S. Murray involving Amanda Burdick, an adult. The caller stated the suspect had frightened her communicating a threat.

And around 7:15 p.m. Wednesday, Police received a report of destruction of property at 1219 W. Fourth Street. The victim stated someone had damaged her garage door and the back gate. No monetary estimate of damages was given to police.
