This morning, around 8:30, Erika M. Vivone wa arrested at 2010 Tiger Pride Blvd. for an outstanding warrant from the Sedalia Police Department. Bond was set at $88.50. Vivone was transported to the Pettis County Jail.
Earlier today, deputies were dispatched to th area of the 21000 block of Ionia Road in reference to a domestic disturbance. There was no prosectution and a 12-hour domestic law log was made.
Around 7:30 this morning, a victim reported to police that she beleived her ex-husband was making threats to her via a fake Facebook account. This is a violation of an ex-parte order.
On September 2nd aound 6:30 that morning, an employee reported that after work, she had been the victim of theft. She stated someone had taken a Garmin GPS from her vehicle. The victim left a statement to help further prosecution.
On September 2nd, around 6:00 that evening, officers received a call of a physical disturbance in the 400 block of East 6th Street. The altercation was between a mother and daughter. Both parties claimed that the other had started the fight. Both admitted to striking the other. Neither party wanted to pursue charges.
Around 2:40 yesterday afternoon, a victim told Sedalia Police someone had taken his prescription medication between the dates of August 29th and August 30th. There was reportedly a party at his house overnite and someone had taken all of his Oxycodone and Alprazalam.
Around 10:00 in the morning on September 2nd, in the 2400 block of West 3rd Street, a man claimed that sometime over the last week, someone had left a bag of misc. property in his backyard. Some of the property was recovered by the original owner. The rest of the property was placed into Police evidence.
On September 2nd around 2:00 that afternoon, in the 500 block of West 4th Street, a victim stated she had recently moved out of her residence into a new one. Upon returning to her old residence, to check her mail, she noticed that a neighbor had run an extension cord into the house and was stealing electricity.
On September 2nd, Sedalia Police noticed a subject walking in the area of 12th and Osage. The suspect was known to have an active warrant from Pettis County. The officer made contact with the subject and upon being advised by dispatch, she was found to have an active warrant for failure-to-appear. The subject was arrested and transported to the Pettis County Jail.
Also, on September 2nd, a subject was found walking in the area of 19th Street and Lamine. The officer ran the subjects information through dispatch and found that the suspect had a local warrant for failure-to-appear. He also had a second warrant that was confirmed for failure-to-appear. The Pettis County warrant was set at $193.50 and the city warrant was set at $65.00 cash.
On September 2nd, around 8:40 in the morning, officers on patrol in the area of West 7th and South Kentucky, contacted a group of subjects that had a van parked on the city sidewalk. The officer made contact with the group and one of the subjects took off running in an abrupt manner. The officer made contact with the male runner a short time later and ran his information through dispatch. The subject was found to have an active warrant out of Vernon County and also the state of Arizona. He was transported to the Pettis County Jail. Bond on the Vernon County warrant was set at $750.00 cash and the warrant out of Arizona did not carry a bond. A court date will be scheduled at a later date.
