The Sedalia Bombers have clinched the MINK League South Championship and the St. Joseph Mustangs clinched the MINK League North Championship over the weekend. The St. Joseph Mustangs will have home field advantage, with a record of 28-14, while the Bombers are 27-15.

The Sedalia Bombers still have two games left in the season, tonight (July 21), they will take on the Branson Nationals and tomorrow(July 22) will host the Nevada Griffons for the regular season finale.

According to the Sedalia Bombers and St. Joseph Mustangs facebook, the MINK League Series will begin at Liberty Park Stadium/Dey Field in Sedalia on Wednesday night at 7pm.

This is the fourth time the Sedalia Bombers have won the MINK League South, with championsips in 2009, 2010, 2012 and 2014. The Sedalia Bombers won the MINK League Championship once in 2010.

The St. Joseph Mustangs and Sedalia Bombers have played four times this season. The Bombers beat the Mustangs 10-2 on June 13; The Mustangs won the other three games on June 15, 3-1; June 21, 1-0; and July 4, 3-2 in 14 innings.
