I've got it on my phone, you probably know someone who does : Pokemon Go.

If you haven't heard of "Pokemon Go", it's a new cell phone game that came out a while back and it immediately became a MASSIVE hit.

And it's not like other video games . . . because it requires fresh air and physical activity.  You walk around outside with your phone out, and when Pokemon characters appear in front of you on the screen, you try to capture them.

Well, less than a few months in, it's already led to two CRAZY results.

A 19-year-old girl named Shayla Wiggins in Riverton, Wyoming was playing "Pokemon Go" on Friday morning, and she wandered down toward a river to try to find a water monster.

But instead . . . she found a DEAD BODY.  And to her credit, she STOPPED trying to find Pokemon characters and immediately called 911.

The cops say they're trying to identify the body, but they think the guy died by accident.

Meanwhile, two policemen in a Denver suburb were removed from training duties after they were found to be playing Pokémon Go with recruits.

The Denver Post reports that on Tuesday, Commerce City spokeswoman Julia Emko shared the news that the unnamed officers were disciplined last week, adding, “When supervisors discovered this performance issue, it was immediately addressed; the officers’ training duties were removed and these duties have yet to be restored. The city takes reports of misconduct very seriously and investigates such claims, taking decisive action when appropriate.”

The officers were supposed to be training rookie cops to catch criminals, not cartoon monsters.  Maybe that's why nobody found the dead body!  Anyway, I admit that I've played it, and yes, I've been on "Pokémon Hunts" where you go around with friends and try to find different Pokémon around town.  But it hasn't stuck with me; I kind of stopped playing it about three or four weeks ago.

What about you? Do you know anybody obsessed with the game?  Have you played it?  Let me know what you think in the comments!

Pokémon-ily yours,

Behka
