People in Their 50s and 60s Give Out the Best Halloween Candy

A new survey found that the best houses to hit on Halloween belong to people between 50 and 68 years old.  They're the most likely to hand out candy, stock the best candy, and are least likely to run OUT of candy.You want your kids to get the best candy on Halloween . . . after all, it's the only way to make them love you.  Here's the trick-or-treating strategy you should use.

A new survey found that the best houses to target on Halloween are the ones that belong to people between 50 and 68 years old.  They're the most likely to hand out candy, stock the best candy, and are least likely to run OUT of candy.

Why?  A spokeswoman from the National Confectioners Association says, quote, "The baby boom generation was the first to celebrate Halloween the way we do today . . . now they're the first generation of grandparents who have done it."

So when you combine their nostalgia AND their grandparent instincts . . . they buy massive quantities of the good candy.

Plus, they're most likely to be home on Halloween . . . since they don't have young kids to take trick-or-treating AND don't have raging Halloween parties to go to.
