Lewis Enters Not Guilty Plea in Sedalia Homicide Case
A 28-year old Lincoln man recently entered a Not Guilty plea in court proceedings after being accused of murdering a Sedalia woman.
According to online court records, Justin K. Lewis, of Lincoln, entered the Not Guilty plea on February 20, after waving his formal arraignment. Lewis is accused of the murder of 33-year old Heather McClellan.
McClellan was stabbed in a Sedalia apartment on January 14. She died from the injuries.
Justin K. Lewis turned himself in to local authorities on January 21.
Lewis is facing charges of 2nd Degree Murder, Armed Criminal Action, and Unlawful Use of a Weapon.
A case hearing for Lewis is scheduled for March 19 in Pettis County Circuit Court.
