In the Harmonica Lewinskies' new video for 'Sari Girl,' a guy tries to win the heart of his dream girl with varying results. It's an exclusive premiere that you can watch above.

Directed by Oliver Fetter, the video takes us through several New York City landmarks -- from the Brooklyn Bridge and Central Park's Bethesda Fountain to Washington Square Park and various subway stations.

The narrative is simple enough: As the indie jazz-funk octet romps around the Big Apple trying to promote an upcoming show, singer Bill "Denver" Lewinsky eyes an Indian girl dressed in a traditional burgundy-colored sari with golden accents at on a subway platform.

Eventually, the group is let loose in the middle of New York City. By the end of the video, the Harmonica Lewinskies arrive at their gig at Pianos on the Lower East side, and their 'Sari Girl' arrives ready to have a good time. While nothing more than a hug (which is quite awkward, as far as these sorta things go) results from this love connection, it's a cute ending to a fun video.

'Sari Girl' comes from the band's upcoming album, 'Dad Rock,' which is set to release on Sept. 23.
