The Missouri State Highway Patrol’s Division of Drug and Crime Control arrested a 36-year old Clinton man on Thursday for Possession and Promotion of Child Pornography.

A press release from the MSHP says the arrest of 36-year old Nathan Braun Greufe  was the result of an investigation conducted by members of the Division of Drug and Crime Control’s Digital Forensics Investigative Unit.

On Thursday (Jan 4), investigators executed a search warrant at Greufe’s residence located on West Clinton Street, in Clinton. As a result of the search, investigators reportedly located child pornography and computer equipment used to commit the crimes. Greufe was arrested and taken to the Henry County Jail.

The Henry County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office formally charged Greufe with 1st Degree promoting child pornography and possession of child pornography.

Greufe has a bond of $25,000.

The Patrol was assisted by the Henry County Sheriff’s Office and the Clinton Police Department.
