Let's face it: few things are as awesome as a nap.

However, now there's some science to give you the perfect excuse to kick your feet up: A new study says taking "power naps" -- snoozes less than 30 minutes -- make you happier.

According to University of Hertfordshire professor and psychologist Richard Wiseman, and his survey of 1,000 people determined that 66% of short nappers classified themselves as happy.

By comparison, his researched proved, just 56% of those who took longer naps considered themselves happy, while 60% of no nappers labeled themselves happy.

Long story short? Short naps -- or no naps -- beat long. Wiseman elaborated:

Previous research has shown that naps of under 30 minutes make you more focused, productive and creative, and these new findings suggest the tantalizing possibility that you can also become happier by just taking a short nap.

There you have it. I don't know about you, but I'm headed for NAPVILLE.

Sleepily yours,
Behka
