Come out and support the Steppin 4 The Spectrum 5k/walk and run.This is a 5k walk and run set up to support the awareness of autism and provide resources and services to people with autism in central Missouri. The date of the event will be on April 5 starting at 9:00 a.m. on the State Fair Grounds. This will set up support and awareness of autism and provide resources and services to people with autism in central Missouri. Free t-shirt included with registration, and water will be provided.
