The VFW Ladies Auxiliary 2591 celebrates St Patrick's Day on Saturday, March 16.
They'll begin with a cake walk at the VFW Hall, with the walks starting at 9:00 am. Minimum 10 per walk. The parade will line up at 7th and Ohio at 9:30 a.m. The parade starts at 10:00 a.m. All entries are welcome: bands, floats, cars, walkers, etc. Get your entry form in by March 10th. Special entry for kids 14 and under with bikes, scooters, pedal cars, etc. Call Barbara at 827-3793 or the Post at 826-4543. There will be an Irish stew and chili at the VFW Hall after the parade, donations are appreciated. The Fundraising auction will be between 11:30 and 12:00.
