The New Franklin Police Department has issued an Endangered Person Advisory for a missing person incident that occurred at 226 W. Broadway in New Franklin, MO at 5:00 p.m. on November 5.

Missing is Jasmine Postak a white, female, age 13. The New Franklin youth is 5'3" and 115 lbs with blonde hair, blue eyes and fair complexion. She was last seen wearing a pink hoodie, black leggings and pink shoes.

The possible suspects or associates are believed to be Theodore Postak, a white male, age 53. Postak is 5'8" and 130 lbs with brown/shaved hair, blue eyes and fair complexion, wearing blue jeans and boots.

According to the report, the vehicle is a gray unknown year GMC pickup last seen on Old Highway 40 in Cooper County, Missouri.

The suspect, Theodore Postak, father of Jasmine Postak, is a felon and was to meet with the New Franklin Police Department reference a search of his residence where drugs were found along with weapons. The father is facing charges of domestic abuse. The father left his son at the house and took his daughter. He was contacted by phone but refused to return the child or meet with law enforcement.

Anyone seeing the missing person, suspect, associate, or vehicle, or anyone having any information related to the endangered missing person should immediately dial 911 to contact the nearest law enforcement agency or call the New Franklin Police Department at (660) 848-2075.
