Cole Camp Man Arrested in Sedalia

A 30-year-old Cole Camp man was arrested for possession of drugs and drug paraphernalia on June 9 as he was walking in the area of E. 3rd St. and S. Mill. Police say they contacted the man, who matched the description of a suspect with an active Pettis County Arrest warrant. The suspect was identified as Shane Steven Ruth and his warrant was confirmed. During a search of Ruth, police reported finding drug paraphernalia containing a substance that tested positive for a controlled substance. Ruth was taken to the Pettis County Jail.
