There's always a little something going on at the Senior Center here in Sedalia. This week you can learn about health, do some shopping, and get some tasty treats!

Wednesday, March 15, Dr. Greg Doak will be speaking at the Center at noon about "Living with Chronic Disease". Join them for lunch and then hear an informative presentation from Dr. Doak.
Friday March 17, Saturday March 18 from 8:00 a.m.  to 5:00 p.m. and Sunday March 19 from noon to 5:00 p.m, there will be a giant rummage and bake sale in the gym at 312 South Washington. They'll have lots of clothing, books, dishes, linens, and miscellaneous items - something for everyone. New items will be added daily. All funds raised will be used to support our home-delivered meals program for Pettis County seniors.
The Senior Center will be closed next week on Thursday, March 23 and Friday, March 24. The City Maintenance crew will be stripping and waxing our floors.
Get your order in for baked goods for Easter from Monday, March 27 through Monday, April 3. Items will be ready to be picked up Thursday, April 13 and Friday, April 14. What a delicious way to support the Senior Center and our home-delivered meals program!
The filing deadline for Pettis County representative to the Silver Haired Legislature and for Pettis County representative to the Care Connection Board of Directors is April 3, 2017. Contact Brenda at the Senior Center if you are interested in serving.
Voluntarily yours,
Behka
