Bright Blue Rock Finds Its Way to Townsquare

A beautifully-painted rock was delivered to Townsquare Media's front door Monday morning, and it is now on display in the front lobby.

The rock, which is painted bright blue with gold trim, is apparently affiliated with Sedalia Rocks, a Facebook group based on a type of scavenger hunt using painted rocks that are hidden in public areas around Sedalia for others to locate and possibly re-hide.

Megan Adams and Misty Gray are generally credited with the local craze, which doesn't require an internet connection of a smart phone to play along. Sedalia Rocks currently has 2,062 members and is growing every day.
