Break a Sweat to BRONCHO’s ‘Senora Borealis’ Video

Throw away your yoga mats, cancel your gym membership and tell your running buddy you won't be lacing up today: BRONCHO's new, fitness-inspired "Señora Borealis" video is all you need to stay fit. Directed by Taylor Bonin, the lo-fi clip pairs the band's sneering Double Vanity highlight with grainy footage of sweat-slicked jazzercise models, gymnastics circles and, of course, the band themselves. Alas, unlike the athletes featured in the video, frontman Ryan Lindsey doesn't bust out any splits or pirouettes — just riffs. Good enough.
