In this video, several real life applicants are interviewed for a fake job titled "Director of Operations." The job is explained to them to sound absolutely brutal, and then at the end they reveal the job being described was the job of being a mother. It's actually an ad for a greeting card company to show appreciation for Moms, and the hashtag "World's Toughest Job" is used.

It's nice that they're showing appreciation to mothers, and I agree that yes, being a full-time mom is work, but it is nowhere near being the toughest job in the world. Not even remotely close.

Don't get me wrong, I'm not putting down moms or saying that they don't do anything, because they definitely work hard and do amazing things. I'm just saying that calling motherhood the toughest job in the world is taking things too far.

I could go on and on and give some examples, but I think everything that needs to be said is done so in hilarious fashion by stand up comedian Bill Burr in the video below. Careful though, some of the language is a bit NSFW.
