Pettis County Deputies say a methamphetamine pipe, marijuana, pills and a gun were discovered after they stopped two people on July 16 at Casey's in the 1600 block of E. Broadway Blvd. in Sedalia.

According to an incident report, deputies observed Heaven McCue driving a vehicle into the Casey's parking lot. It was determined that McCue was driving without a valid license.

Accompanying McCue into the store was Christopher Hill, who was arrested on an active Pettis County warrant. Deputies say they found the drugs and drug paraphernalia as Hill was being arrested, and a search of the vehicle reportedly led to the discovery of a handgun in the passenger seat, where Hill had been sitting.

Christopher Hill was placed on a 24-hour hold, pending several felony charges. Deputies are also requesting charges against Heaven McCue for operating a motor vehicle without a valid license.
