What Are Some Of The Worst Office Clichés?

I've got the results of a new survey on the 20 most annoying clichés people use at the office.  And in a huge upset, "Got a case of the Mondays?" didn't make the cut.  

Seven of the 20 clichés that DID make the cut also made the list in the same survey 10 years ago:  "Win-win" . . . "value-added" . . . "leverage" . . . "at the end of the day" . . . "circle back" . . . "synergy" . . . and "think outside the box."

Ironic note:  People naming the same clichés today that they named 10 years ago shows they weren't thinking outside the box.

Four of the 20 clichés show that people are getting burned out at work and don't mind talking about it:  "It's not my job" . . . "It's above my pay grade" . . . "When am I going to get a raise?" . . . and "I'm overwhelmed."

The other nine clichés are:  "Out of pocket" . . . "crunch time" . . . "deep dive" . . . "forward thinking" . . . "dynamic" . . . "Let me get back to you" . . . "pick your brain" . . . "employee engagement" . . . and "LOL."
